About Us

Newscapes Land Designs was founded from a simple passion for creating beautiful garden spaces for family and friends—an idea that took root while serving our country in the U.S. Army. After earning a degree in Business Administration from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 2010, the company was officially incorporated in 2012 in preparation for full-time operation following a 25-year career with the United States Postal Service.

Today, we offer a full range of landscape design and installation services, including custom gardens, artificial turf, and a variety of hardscape solutions. Our goal is to deliver thoughtful, high-quality outdoor spaces tailored to our clients’ lifestyles—landscapes they will enjoy for years to come. We’re proud to be beautifying the earth, one landscape project at a time.

The only people who will work on your landscape are NewScapes Land Designs employees. Our team members have experience and horticultural backgrounds, and we will all be familiar with your landscape needs. 

We have all necessary licenses for our area, and we carry insurance for all of our projects.

Some larger construction projects require special licenses and certifications. We have trusted members of the landscaping community that we work with for those special cases.

We can do all kinds of landscaping, but our specialty is in mixing non-native and native plants to make a landscape that meets your needs and fits the ecology of our area.
